Originally from the DC-Baltimore Metropolitan area, Julie grew up living on the Chesapeake Bay. She landed in western North Carolina as a college student, where she first found affection for the charm of the Carolinas.
Julie holds a B.S. in Business Administration from Stevenson University in Baltimore MD. Before Real Estate she worked in small business marketing. She started her career in operations working for leading accounts in a Fortune Global 500 Company.
